OpenAI reports rare but concerning mental health cases among ChatGPT users

New data from OpenAI shows 0.07% of weekly users may display signs of mania, psychosis, or suicidal thoughts. The company says such cases are “extremely rare,” but given ChatGPT’s 800 million weekly users, the number is substantial.

Kamala Harris hints at 2028 comeback: “I’m not done yet”

Former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris told the BBC she is “possibly” considering another run for the White House in 2028, marking her strongest signal yet of a political comeback.

Despite polls placing her far behind other potential Democratic candidates — including actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson — Harris said she “never listens to polls” and still sees herself as having a future in politics.

In the interview, Harris called Donald Trump a “tyrant,” claiming her warnings about his authoritarian tendencies had proven true. She also criticized U.S. business leaders for “bending the knee at the foot of a tyrant” to stay close to power.

Her new memoir 107 Days recounts the whirlwind campaign she ran after Joe Biden withdrew from the race in 2024, describing the defeat as “traumatizing.”
